5 – each side – 1 arm Barbell Press
15 Psycho Push-ups
2 rounds
 
CIRCUIT #2
Kettlebell Clean and Presses – alternate arms (can use a dumbbell)
Box Jumps
Knees to Elbows
Twist Lunges with Kettlebell (can use a dumbbell)
Spiderman Push-ups
20 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 4 reps
 
CIRCUIT #3
5 Burpees
10 Hindu Push-ups
15 Air Squats
Repeat at least twice
