Just look over to your right and you will see K-Element. This is the third 12 week program we added to start out the new year. Unlike K-Fit and K-Challenge, K-Element utilizes some more interesting equipment.
Needed equipment: Pull-up bar, medicine ball, slosh tube, and clubbell.
If you don’t have any of those, check out The Low Cost Gym for tips on how to make your own. K-Fit and K-Challenge both use a pull-up bar, medicine ball, physioball, and kettlebell if that is more up your alley.
