I often write about how life is about balance. My workout program is pretty well balanced to make sure I’m not spending too much time exercising during the week. My training philosophy is flexible and those that I have trained realize this.
In spirit with vision, there is something that needs to be accomplished that will interfere with the normal pattern of a post every 1 to 2 days. Essentially, there will be a few days here without any new posts. I do apologize for the inconvenience in case you are so demented that you feel a need to read my ramblings that often.
If you really do need to read up on my crazy randomness thoughts, check out the archives. There are well over a hundred posts of my thoughts and advice (for what it’s worth).
