I wrote earlier about the vanishing content on the site. The downsizing is complete and what is left on the site shall remain. And as usual, I will continue to add more and more content.
In particular, I will continue to add workouts for both At The Gym and At Home. In between the posted workouts I will do my best to continue to add advice and commentary, whether of value or not. 🙂 So if you are used to my ramblings, worry not.
If you are missing a workout or a particular exercise that was once on Kemme Fitness, I apologize for the loss. But as you can see, we still have hundreds of exercises (all still with video links) and hundreds of workouts to use.
I also removed my ebook, “The Body That God Intended Us To USE,” as well as the corresponding articles. I am completing the work on a new book that covers the concepts of Functional Fitness and gives direction on how to utilize the free resources here at Kemme Fitness. Stay tuned for updates on that.
