100 Medicine Ball Throws against wall Alternate Throw style( right, left, underhand, overhand)

1 Minute Holds
V Sit
Front Plank 
Nose to Ground 
Left Side Plank
Right Side Plank
 
CIRCUIT # 3
Combine Tuck Jump and Frog Jump into 1 movement
1 Tuck Jump
1 Frog Jump

10 Pull-ups

10 – each side –  Inside Clubbell Pendulums
10 – each side –  Outside Clubbell Pendulums
10 – each side – Torch Presses
10 – each side – Alternating Shield Casts
