30 second Front Plank (right leg up)
20 Donkey Kicks
30 second Right Side Plank
20 Push-ups
 
CIRCUIT #2
30 second Left Side Plank
20 Air Squats
30 second V-sit
20 Lunge Twists
30 Second Wall Sit
20 Tuck Jumps
30 Second Nose to Ground
20 Quad Squats
30 second Skydiver (traditional Superman hold with arms and feet up while on stomach)
20 Ankle Jumps

30 second V-sit
20 Brazilian Crunches
30 second Front Plank
20 Frog Jumps
30 Second Front Plank (left leg up)
20 Spiderman Push-ups
