K-Fit is a 12 week program created to help people begin Kemme Fitness.
I have to admit that one of the biggest problems with having a website loaded up with hundreds of workouts is that it is difficult to know where to begin. In addition to that, I have heard from many folks that they just want to be told what to do each day of the week, versus spending their “exercise time” finding a workout to do that day.
K-Fit is my answer. It provides a schedule outline and 12 weeks worth of workouts for you. Just follow along each week. The only required equipment is a Medicine Ball, Physioball, Pull-up bar, and a Kettlebell. Most of these can be bought on sale, or click on The Low Cost Gym for instructions on making a few of those items yourself to save money.
After the program is completed, you should be ready to find some of the more exciting workouts we have here for you. Once you get up to speed, you will realize that we have enough workouts to keep you going all year round.
