I realize that for many of you runners and ultra runners, there are a lot of questions about cross training. How often do I train? Where do I start? Seriously, there are too many workouts on this site to know where to begin!
In response to those exact questions, we created K-Crosstrain. K-Crosstrain is an 8 week schedule to get a runner up to speed to and into a groove with his or her cross training. After the 8 weeks, you can begin to utitlize the other workouts available on this site.
