2 pull-ups, 5 plyo pushups (switch)

10 Two Person Wipers
5 – each side – 1 arm Kettlebell Clean and Press
5 – each side – Spiderman Push ups
10 Physioball Leg Curls
5 – each side –  Kettlebell Cossacks 
X2
 
ROUTINE #3 
20 Medicine ball Pass & Sprawls
 
ROUTINE #4 
2 Push ups
4 Box Jumps
6 Dips
8 Air Squats
