The 120 – A Good Intro

This is the workout I use for people joining me for the first time. It is a good way to share the style, but without killing them.
NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Pull-up bar, Kettlebell, Dumbbells, stairs
 
10 Box Jumps
10 Dive Bombers
10 Jump Pull-ups (or any kind possible)
10 Air Squats
10 Dumbbell Thrusters
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Floor wipers 40 lb Dumbbell
10 Burpees
10 Knee to Elbows 
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Leg Raises 
10 Jumping squat walk 
 
5 flights of Stairs
X 2 (for the stairs only)
