Slosh Tube Press
Push-ups
Slosh Tube Cossack Squat
Rowboats
Slosh Tube Front Paddling
Slosh Tube Rear Paddling
Slosh Tube Get-up Sit-up
Slosh Tube Bench Press Throws
Leg Raises
