2 Monkey Push

50 Medicine Ball Slams
25 Kettlebell Swings
2 Toes to Bars

CIRCUIT #3
10 Medicine Ball  Slams
10 – each side – Medicine Ball 1 Leg Dips
10 – each side – Medicine Ball V-sit Twists
5 Pull-ups
10 Medicine Ball  Slams
10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
10 – each side – Kettlebell Presses
5 Chin-ups
10 Medicine Ball  Slams
10 Medicine Ball Sit-up Stand-up Slams
10 – each side – Medicine Ball V-sit Twists
