post vacation-rotation workout

A great workout to do on your first day back after living life and enjoying vacations or holidays.

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Kettlebell, Physioball

CIRCUIT #1
4 Inchworms
15  Slaloms
X2
 
CIRCUIT #2
RULES:
30 seconds each exercise
5 seconds transition time between exercises
start at a new exercise in the list each round
total of 6 rounds
 
EXERCISES:
Kettlebell Swings
Mountain Climbers
Physioball Balance
Stutter Steps
Lunge Twists
V-Sit Twists
 
CIRCUIT #3
2 Hindu Push-ups
4 Burpees
8 Push-ups (any kind)
16 Air Squats
X? (at least 2 rounds)
