25 Frog Jumps
25 Leg Raises
25 Uneven Push-ups
25 Donkey Kicks
25 – each side –  Scissor Kicks
25 Tuck Jumps
 
CIRCUIT #3
5 – each side –  Slosh Tube Twirls
10 Heavy Bar Curls
15 Medicine Ball Sliders
20 Heavy Bar Pendulums (keep in front of you and swing – arms extended – left to right)
25 Close Grip Push-ups
20 Push-ups
15 Burpees
10 Overhead Medicine Ball Throws
5 Air Squats
