CIRCUIT #1 1 minute V-Sit 10 – each side – Kettlebell 1 Arm Suspended Press 30 Slaloms 10 – each side – Kettlebell Clean & Press 30 Scissor Kicks X1 CIRCUIT #2 Do all 3 exercises repeatedly for a total of 15 minutes 10 Kettlebell Swings 2 Pull-ups hold a Front Bridge as long as you can repeat again and again CIRCUIT #3 Tabatas: 20 seconds Sprawls, followed by 10 seconds rest Repeat for a total of 8 rounds CIRCUIT #4 Tabatas: 20 seconds Squat Jumps, followed by 10 seconds rest Repeat for a total of 8 rounds
