“The Bear Complex”
Perform 5 sets of 7 sequences (complexes) of the following exercises:
 
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
 
CIRCUIT #2 
Dead Lift 135 lb barbell
Ring Dips
15 reps, 9 reps, 6 reps
