Kemme Fitness 25 Oct 2011 Reply I thought you got over your hate of Burpees?! hee hee hee Shane 26 Nov 2011 Reply Whoa. I decided to do this one because I needed some crazy cross training for the Spartan Race this next weekend. 37 mins, 381 calories later, I’m a heaping mess of quivering jello. HR max was 163, HR avg 130. I rested at the end of each until my HR dropped to the low end of zone 1. I exchanged the Super Burpees with Star Burpees (look for BodyRock.tv Zuzana doing them on YouTube) because I didn’t have a box or a chair available.
