This workout used a 1/4 mile track and a bleacher with 4 sets of stairs.
 
CIRCUIT #1 
Bear Stairs
10 Scorpion Push-ups at top
10 Air Squats at bottom
 
CIRCUIT #2 
15 Push-ups
5 – each side – Pistols
1/8 mile Sprint
X4
 
CIRCUIT #3 
30 second rotations

2 Person Wipers

X4
 
CIRCUIT #4 
10 Squat Jumps
5 Psycho Push-ups
2  Tuck Burpees
X4
