NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  None

CIRCUIT #1
30 seconds Stutter Steps
30 Quad Squats
30 seconds Slalom
X3
 
CIRCUIT #2
30 Seconds each hold
Nose to Ground
V-Sit
Front Plank
X3
 
CIRCUIT #3
Do 3 exercises in one movement. Then repeat the combo for a total of 3 reps
Push-up, Squat Jump, Mountain Climber
Cossack Squat (left), Superman Push-ups (1 each hand forward), Cossack Squat (right)
Side Lunge (left), Row Boat, Side Lunge (right)
Spiderman Push-up (left), Air Squat,  Spiderman Push-up (right)
Brazilian Crunch (left), Tuck Jump, Brazilian Crunch (right)
Body Roll (left), Lunge Walk (both legs), Body Roll (right)
Goat Jump (left), Sprawl, Goat Jump (right)
Crab Crunch (left), Burpee, Crab Crunch (right)
Side Bridge Knee Tuck (left), Siamese Squat, Side Bridge Knee Tuck (right)
