Ross’s Magic 50 – and then some

Ross Enamait from Rosstraining.com created an extremely effective total body workout to do in a pinch. In a state of delirium, I decided to add to it a bit. This one is not for the faint of heart – literally!
Don’t forget to do the rounds in the Magic 50 Circuit as fast as you can.
 
ROUTINE #1
Dead Lift, increasing weight each round
(Today I started at 205 and ended at 265)
25 Push-ups 
X5
 
ROUTINE #2 
MAGIC  50 
5 – each side - Kettlebell Snatches
5 – each side – Kettlebell Swing
10 Burpees 
X5   60 sec rest in between
 
ROUTINE #3 
3 Handstand Push-ups (against wall)
30 Spiderman Push-ups (feet on chair)
3 Pulls ups
30 – each side - Split Squat Jumps
3 – each side – Suspended Twists with 35 lb Kettlebell
30 Uneven Push-ups
 
ROUTINE #4 
Bear Stairs
(Bear Walk down 5 flights of stairs)
